Documented remote software delivery for UAE businesses

Documented remote software delivery for UAE businesses. Software development for UAE businesses. We serve UAE teams remotely and do not claim a Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. Work starts from the operating decision, then assigns ownership of data, cloud and store accounts, and integrations. The UAE includes free zones, regulated sectors, and an evolving e-invoicing programme, so the brief must identify the entity, sector, emirate, and providers before architecture is approved.

Service model
Remote team in Amman, with no UAE address claim.
Commercial currency
Proposals may use AED after contracting scope is clear.
Time overlap
The UAE is one hour ahead of Amman.
  1. 01

    Entity and sector context

“A UAE company” is not enough to define requirements. Contracting, hosting, tax, and regulator expectations may differ across mainland, free-zone, financial, and health entities. We ask for the entity, sector, users, data location, and providers before proposing scope. If a local company or special accreditation is required, it is identified early as an external prerequisite.

  2. 02

    Data protection

The official UAE portal references the Personal Data Protection Law and UAE Data Office. We turn customer-validated requirements into processing purposes, permissions, retention, deletion, and incident response. We do not place a UAE address in structured data or claim that one generic architecture fits every zone or regulated sector.

  3. 03

    The e-invoicing programme

The Ministry of Finance says its portal is the official source for UAE e-invoicing and that structured invoice exchange uses accredited service providers. We therefore do not invent a direct connection or present BarmajTek as accredited. The customer selects an eligible provider, then we define data contracts, messages, failure, and reconciliation around verified interfaces.

  4. 04

    Delivery for distributed teams

UAE businesses often coordinate teams and vendors across countries. We define responsibility boundaries, account custody, test environments, and decision dates, with a recorded weekly review of the testable build. Support hours, response targets, and any on-site requirement are written into the proposal instead of being implied by a market page.

  5. 05

    What is evidenced today

We can show the delivery method and an inspectable Clinic Tek product. We do not show UAE customer logos, an office, a local phone, or invoicing-provider accreditation because that evidence is not available. Discovery uses fictional scenarios until a real customer authorizes a documented case study. Before contracting, we disclose team boundaries, collaboration tools, and the proposed handover model so buyers can compare them with a local vendor’s on-site, response, and contracting capacity.

Questions about serving United Arab Emirates
