What does BarmajTek do?
Two paths: a Tek product subject to fit and availability, or we engineer custom software with you from the ground up. Custom delivery uses short, testable stages and explicit data-ownership terms.
Do you have a product that actually runs, or just promises?
Clinic Tek is live. For other Tek products, review each product page and discuss its scope and availability with us before choosing the next step.
How do we define scope and verify acceptance?
We define the user, problem, workflow and exclusions, then write acceptance criteria for each stage. You review and test deliverables; scope changes state their cost and schedule impact before approval. A general proposal does not guarantee a fixed delivery date or a business outcome.
Do your systems integrate with payments and e-invoicing?
We build payment and e-invoicing integrations when they are part of the agreed scope. We do not describe an integration as certified or production-ready until its provider and business requirements have been tested.
How much does a system or project cost?
Custom-development cost follows permissions, integrations, data, content, migration and acceptance criteria. We distinguish included work from provider fees or separate support agreements. If an available product meets the need, review its subscription scope and terms before choosing a custom build.
Where is BarmajTek based, and how do we collaborate?
We are based in Amman. For Jordan and GCC projects, we agree Arabic/English communication, review meetings and decision ownership before delivery.
Who owns my data?
The agreement specifies data, code and account rights for the service or product, including third-party licences. Review export format, contents, timing and any fees, plus retention, backup and deletion policies; cancellation does not imply immediate deletion of every copy.
