Introduction to these Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to barmajtek.com, its marketing content, and forms. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The site provides information about BarmajTek products, services, case studies, and guides. Content is for general information — not binding legal, medical, or financial advice — and is not a final contractual offer except under a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for legitimate business purposes: learning about products, reading guides, and requesting contact. You may not abuse forms for spam, attempt to compromise the site, scrape content at scale without permission, or impersonate BarmajTek.
We may suspend or block access when we suspect abuse or activity that threatens site or user security, including excessive automated form submissions.
Intellectual property
Product names, marks, text, images, and designs on the site are owned by or licensed to BarmajTek unless stated otherwise. Browsing does not grant a license to republish content or use marks in your marketing without written consent.
You may share public links to site pages. Republishing full articles or visual assets requires prior permission via our contact channel.
Products and services
Product descriptions, prices, and plans on the site are indicative and may change. Subscribing to a SaaS product or commissioning custom development is governed by a written service agreement or quote that defines scope, fees, support term, and data/code ownership as applicable.
Any operational warranties, service levels, or delivery commitments appear only in the written agreement. These Terms of Use do not replace those contracts.
Third-party services and APIs
BarmajTek may use third-party services and APIs, including YouTube API Services and Google OAuth, to operate internal tools authorized by the account owner. That use remains subject to the relevant platform terms and policies. These BarmajTek Terms do not grant permission to bypass platform controls or access any account or channel without authorization.
Operators of the BarmajTek Social Publisher may upload only owned, licensed, and approved media and must respect quota, privacy, revocation, and deletion requirements. If an internal workflow conflicts with the YouTube API terms, the workflow is suspended until compliance is restored.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but prices, status, or feature lists may lag.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Jordanian law, BarmajTek is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from reliance on general marketing content. Liability for paid services is defined in the relevant contract.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Amman courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them unless the parties agree otherwise in a separate service contract.
For questions about these Terms of Use, email us via the contact page. Continued use after a published update means you accept the reasonable changes announced.
Third-party links and user-submitted content
The site may link to third-party sites such as product pages or social networks. BarmajTek is not responsible for those sites’ content or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
If you submit content via forms (text, non-confidential attachments), you grant BarmajTek a limited license to use it solely to reply and estimate the project, without transferring ownership of your original materials except under a later agreement.
Access changes and termination
We may change site pages or pause parts of the site for maintenance or updates without prior notice in urgent security cases. We take reasonable care to minimize downtime on public pages.
If you violate these Terms of Use, we may refuse later form requests or block abusive addresses. Any written service agreement remains in force under its terms even after you stop browsing the marketing site.
