Our story
In many companies, the working day is spread across phone calls, notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads. A booking sits in one place and a payment in another, and the answer a customer needs is in one person's head.
That is where BarmajTek began. We bring this work into one clear record, so your team knows what comes next and your customers find answers without calling you. We started with clinics, learned from receptionists and doctors how an appointment, a record and an invoice move through a clinic day, and built Clinic Tek on what we learned.
Some sectors have a ready-made Tek product. Clinic Tek runs the clinic day from booking to invoice, Gym Tek handles a gym's memberships, check-in and classes, and Teach Tek gives private teachers and academies booking pages under their own names. Signup for Shop Tek, for online stores, opens soon.
When your work needs software of its own, we build it, whether that is a platform, an app for your customers or your staff, or a link between the tools you already use. We also take over and maintain software that is already running. If a ready-made product is enough, we say so before suggesting a build.
Every project starts from how your day runs. We put the scope and cost in writing before you decide, build in stages you can test, and set out the effect of any change before you approve it.
After launch we train your team, maintain the system and build on it with you as your work changes. If we build you a custom system, its code and data are yours.
