Cancel a class after calculating trainer commission and agree who approves corrections and how they appear in payment records. Keep reminder delivery separate from renewal and collection; recurring payments require verified consent, terms, and integration. Review staff access to price and freeze changes, then export sample members, attendance, and payments and verify their relationships.
