1. A daily diary the doctor owns
Hours and visit types are set in the clinic. Prove you can close a visit type without stopping the day.
2. Booking from a link with no patient app
The patient confirms from a message that opens a page. Do not require a store. Detail lives on the Clinic Tek appointments page.
3. A reminder 24 hours ahead
Confirmation is visible to reception. Do not buy a promise that no-shows disappear.
4. A chart from the visit
Notes and attachments from the same visit when the product allows it. Not a hospital record.
5. A visible allergy alert
Prove the alert appears before prescribing on real data, not on a slide.
6. Reception, clinician, and billing roles
One account per role. Try to make reception see what it must not, and record the result.
7. An invoice from the session
Name and service carry into the invoice without retyping. An insurance share, if present, is calculated where the product does that.
8. A JoFotara path after linking
The account is the establishment’s. Rejection shows at the till. No accreditation badge. See the registration guide and the integration service.
9. An export another tool can open
Patients and appointments in a file you test. If that fails, ownership is incomplete.
10. A described backup and restore
Ask where the copy lives, who restores it, and how long a restore test takes. Do not accept “we have backups” alone.
11. An Arabic interface that actually flows RTL
Try a four-part name, a date, and a printed report. After-the-fact translation shows up in tables.
12. A published price and a clear trial path
Clinic Tek’s yearly figure is on the company pricing page. The trial is on the product host. Do not pay from a guide.
